Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or when additional order verification is required.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 5-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to cancel, redirect, or refund the order after it has shipped.
